The Mid-Atlantic Jazz Festival is held at the Hilton Hotel in Rockville MD. They have concerts for those who purchased tickets and free concerts in the atrium with various high school bands and orchestras and local talent. The Maurice Lyles Quartet was there performing in the Hotel's atrium when i arrived at the hotel.
